Rude!!

Is it hard to be nice, to be polite, to speak kindly without raising the volume of the voice, to listen first and try to help? Is it hard?

It is even harder for me to help you if you are rude to me. I need information from you that is why I call you (if given the choice of not calling you ever, I will not call you..ever!). I speak to you kindly, asking you nicely, politely but you want to bite my head off.

Maybe you are having a bad day, but that does not mean you have the right to be rude. And to slam the phone? Wow..and you work at a legal firm, does that mean its ok for you to be rude?
