How was your weekend? :)

Yup I'm here to talk about the weekend and some stuff not about the weekend. First off, there was a huge fire on Wednesday night at around 7.30 pm near the place I work, the building on fire was the big supermarket there by name of Survey. Its a 2 storey building, huge building and its destroyed, all of it was destroyed. All that was left standing was one wall near the entrance for the goods from suppliers. Even that was not a complete wall. The rest was burnt rubble and whatever was left of the things sold in there. Its still under investigation but somehow or someone has broke apart some of the tape the police have put up to secure the place, well secure or something. Some say all the cash register and the cash would still be there, and I guess that would be what some of the kids hanging around there are looking for. Ugh but the smell, how could they stand it? Even to this day, the smell is still there, thank goodness for the rain in the afternoon or it would be horrible, much more horrible. I hope to get some pictures of it soon, when I could stand the smell a bit. I don't want to go there and snap some pictures and return to the office smelling like burnt rubber. Not a good smell.

So, on Saturday, we were invited to go to Kota Belud to attend a wedding. I love weddings, the food, the gift that guests received after, the food :). It was raining on and off that day, but it was a great day and finally the rain stopped and both groom and bride came out. There were 7 shots fired, there were horses, there were lots of photographers that I wasn unable to get a good clear picture of the bride and groom since I was right at the back, and even when I managed to get to the front, well not so front anyway. Oooh have I mention the food? It was delicious, ulcer or no ulcer I ate :) hehehe. While waiting for the happy couple to come out, I took some pictures.

Lets see some of them :)

The happy couple portrayed in cartoony fashion

The view I see from where I sat, the food :)

The muddy path to get to the food.

A cute puppy lost looking for food

The live band. This is the view that I have, some would say its a great view of the live band but not if most of what you are staring at is a butt, the red t-shirt butt.

This is the shoe of the guy singing with the live band. Pretty pink sneaker :)

This is the kid that was so fascinated with the band. He kept on staring at them with his pose like that.
Another kid with his 'holey' shoes :)
The unique and beautiful patterns on the camp.
