ever said to yourself to not think about something, and that is all there is in your mind? Like you can't stop thinking about it? And you become upset because you don't want to think about it and its always there?

ever said no thank you, decline politely and when they keep insisting, you feel like pushing the glass into their face and force them to drink all of it instead?
