The things I do

For a letter that needs myself to collect it. I wonder why the letter can't just be put into the post box. Why? I don't know, do you know?

Anyway, I told my uncle that I need to go and collect the letter before the post office or rather the people at the post office hehehe send it back to the sender. So he told me to take a few hours from work today to go and collect it, say around 10 am leave office then come back and do my work. Ok but I had to reply some few emails before I left, so I left office around 10.15 or so, arrive in the neighbourhood around 10.40, looked for parking space, found none near so ended up parking at the school compound, mind you its the primary school compound, so I had to walk to go back to the post office. At the same time thinking it better not be a big parcel but then again hoping it was more than a letter :).

Got there around 10.55, there was a long queue, it was 11.20 when it was my turn at the counter. Oh it was just a letter, a letter of offer to participate in some English Business programme, free of charge for one months training, but the flight tickets have to pay yourself :). What irks me is this, the letter was dated 11 July, I guess it arrived at the post office on the 21 of July since on the card it said 21 July, my Dad opened the post box on the 26, I saw the card on the 27, and I only had the time to go and collect today, the 30th. There you go, how then if it was some really really important letter, a matter of life or death? What then? * sigh *

And then, I went home for a while, ate lunch at home, surf the net, take a quick shower then back on the road. I was thinking of going to the bank to make my ATM card since I don't have it yet (yeah obvious reason) plus I wanted to see how much my salary is this month (sudah masuk ka belum). I was contemplating whether to go today or on the day I will ask for an off day. What the heck, alang-alang juga I thought, so I just went to the bank, arrived at 12.55 after going round 2 times and ending up at the basement parking anyway (why do I circle then if I know I was just going to go and park at the basement anyway?? Sheesh hehehehe) walked to the bank, asked at the Customer Service how to go about applying for the card, he gave a me a form to fill in and proceed to inform me that only the other CS could assist me in the ATM card making thingy. She was with 2 other customers. Hmm this could take a while I thought and it did take a while, a whole lot of while, say until 1.20-ish? Yup and I have to get back to the office before 2 (well my plan anyway, its not exactly a must). And there were lots of other people waiting for their turn too. What the heck I'll just come on my off day (bugger). I left with my head held high (ahahhaa) then went to the other bank and got some money from there.

*sigh*

Work sickness

Today at work during the weekly meeting, M got sick. She looks pale and was not able to sit still; she was swaying from side to side. She was looking very pale and was sweating too. Some said to call for the ambulance, some said to call M’s sister first. Then suddenly M coughed a few times and she vomited. I think it was her breakfast. I had to look elsewhere when she vomited as I felt I was going to vomit too.

Then boss came and said better for M to lie down for a while. M heard and said she was dizzy and wanted to lie down too. So she went and lies down near the meeting table.

Maybe she was dizzy and feeling very tired since yesterday she was doing the manifesting or data entry. Data entry takes a lot of time and its very tiring I can imagine, sitting there for more than 2 hours typing away, more than 2 hours if there were a lot of shipments. And these extra hours are after working hours. After 5.30pm and could last till 8 pm. I’m feeling tired already after 6 pm, what more if working till 8 pm and being sick at the same time?

M is not well yet she should not be doing these extra hours, even though she wants to do it. Some say that she needs to stand up for herself, not to be bullied by J the assistant manager of CS (that is what I hear V say her job title is). Obviously she is unable to do that, so someone should be doing it, be her backbone for a while, but usually its just talk and in the end no one helps her. Some say its not their place to say and some well I don’t know.

Oh wow, I've finished reading the Twilight Saga for a while now and I bought a book called A Foot In the Grave and finished reading that one too. I wanted to get more books with vampires and romance but I could not get any. So sad and bored. I read some ..well a lot actually, excerpts of romance novels on the Internet and some are really good I want to read the whole book but oh I could not get it..why why why?? :(

I could renew my library card and borrow lots and lots of romance novels but have to find the right time to go. This will definitely go on my to do list.

Ugh speaking of time, I have to find or make time to get the thing that I myself don't know what it is but I have to go and get it from the post office. You know, if I knew there was a 'thing' that I need to get last Saturday, I would have done it but I only knew about it on Sunday evening. Sheesh. My dad said he placed it on the pc table but I was seating there on Saturday and Sunday and there was no pink card anywhere on that table. Plus I didn't know, if I was informed of it then I would look for it on that table...*sigh* So when is the right time then? Do I have to take leave just to get that 'thing'? Or maybe I could ask to be in work a bit late..hmmm...GAH!! Such easy thing to do why does it have to be so complicated?

Am I making it all hard? I think too much, I worry too much. I just want to rest and be happy, be calm, peaceful.......

PS: Ooooh I could not wait fro the next book of the Twilight Saga hehehe I've been rereading Twilight, especially those Edward and Bella moments together. So sweet :)

New Obsession

Finished reading Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer :D. Can't wait for Breaking Dawn, coming soon this 2nd August. I really want to know what will happen to Edward and Bella. Owh Edward is just...the greatest *dreamy eyes* hehehe. And what will happen to Jacob Black? Is he going out alone now or will he come back to his pack? Will there be a wedding scene in Breaking Dawn? And perhaps the first night of Edward and Bella? hehehehe

Owh confused is it? Ok ok..first book is titled Twilight, the next is New Moon, third is Eclipse which I have finished reading at around 6 something pm :D. The fourth book and I hope its not the last, is called Breaking Dawn. Oooooo can't wait :D

Twilight

Ooohhhh I love this book, Twilight by Stephenie Meyer :).

Finished reading it already, can not put it down. Romance, love, funny moments, moments that thrill and give you goosebumps.

Are they real, are they really here living among us, watching us? Vampires and their amazing powers, vampires that feast not on human blood...you have to read it.

Have too! :D

I'm on to the next book about Bella and Edward :) .... New Moon ....

PS: I hope the movie that I hear are in the works, are up to par as to the book.

I now have the complete season..all six seasons of SATC :D. Why is the second season bigger than the rest? Well we found that one first, then Honey found the rest of the season at another place, and he found it all for me *HUGE grin :D*. Ahahahha yeah I just want to show off hahahaha. I've been updating very rarely haven't I? I just noticed my memory box there, just a couple of posts for the last few months *shock*. Is it because I've been so busy, don't have anything to say or what? Anyway, here is a face to cheer you up heheheh it cheered me up :)

Really, Hello Lover ;)

Honey came back :).

He was here from the 18th of June till the 5th of July. I picked him up from the airport and he was (and still is) gorgeous :D. I picked him up at around 11 something pm and we went to the beach for his supper. After supper I sent him home. I took the long way since that was the only way I know to get to his home but there was an over turned trailer blocking the way so we had to turned around and find another way. Luckily he remembered the way, the one that involves a very steep hill but the lovely Corona could do it :D. She made it up the hill and made it down the hill. Very steep though. Anyway, he was safely back home and I went home too.

We made plans to meet that Saturday, and since he never went to the new (well sort of new) mall near his place, we decided we would go there. I picked him up from home and we went to the mall. It was great walking and talking and just spending time with him, holding his hand all the while hehehe. I missed that.

Ooh something did happen while we were there. On the way to KFC (hahahaha diet goes out the window) some sales people managed to entice Honey with a free doorbell. To get that free doorbell, have to register with their shop first, its one of the biggest they say, have lots on branches they say. OK so register done but then have to open the free voucher inside the box. Usually people only get a thank you voucher as in thank you for playing hahaha no just kidding. So I opened it since Honey passed it to me. I really thought oh just another thank you voucher but lo and behold everyone was very, very surprised when I opened it, because it was not a thank you voucher instead there were 4 items listed on the voucher. Wow more free stuff I thought but then its too good to be true, them giving away free expensive stuffs? Mmm there must be a catch. And all that while the sales girls was excited very excited more than Honey and me. It was like she won instead. They called up the manager they say, the big boss. And passed the phone to Honey to talk to. Hmm seems very fishy indeed. Very odd.

Anyway, the catch was this, have to buy on the spot one of their products then can Honey get the 4 free stuffs. Hmm and they keep pressing and pressing for an answer they just could not wait to fill up the receipt of payment. But wait, do they know that Honey is a student? Do they? I 'm sure they know because they asked him. And that sales guy whoever he is has the gall to say that Honey's uni fee is not much, implying that buying their stuff is more important? SHeesh. Which is more important? A cooking stove or an education?

Anyway to keep it short, we left with just the doorbell, holding hands and smiling because we reach a decision together. Well I like to think so like that hhehhehee.

KFC was the next spot, eating and talking. Then another round of walking (burning of the KFC hhehehe). Found a weird looking mouse, as in mouse for the computer :). Found out Honey likes interior designs too :). Oh it was great, a great day. Even talked some more in the car, though mostly I was doing the talking. Hmm I find myself to be very talkative when with Honey. Is that good? Hmm.
